T&Cs apply, if you cancel within the first 12 months they can charge you for all the free stuff.

And when is there NEVER T&C's @jezzad ? I don't think any company gives anything away in this day and age without some sort of T&C attached.

Thanks will get in touch if I decide to go with them. Always T&C’s attached, depends on how transparent they are.

I'm with RSAWEB and they are useless!! promised that technicians would come out, never arrived, unanswered emails and phone calls, their customer service is non existent! I wouldn't recommend at all.
I have given them my notice and moving ASAP!

I highly doubt that - give me your details via DM and I'll ask some questions - I'd love to hear what the story is behind this.

All my friends are with RSAWEB and NOT one has ever said their customer service was awful.

When people generally complain, they tell whole truths and some lies.

What did HOUSE say about patients... "They all lie"

Customers love to tell 1 version of a story... but it's not like RSAWEB can post what ACTUALLY happened on many of the cases where people bitch online and fail to mention certain things. :)

This isn't a television show. I know most South Africans like to pretend and live as if they're in their beloved TV programmes but this is reality.
I don't lie when it comes to important things such as an underpeforming ISP.
I am in the IT industry. RSAWEB has been a kak ISP for a long time. I am referring to over 4 years of anecdotal experience.

I have it all on emails and about 5 different logs, I have no interest in them making contact with me to sort out, its been over 2 months. I will be much happier once I am rid of them!!

I don't need to prove anything to you or anyone else, I have cancelled and will move on, but I will let people know my experiences.

Well, the way some people behave, it's almost FUNNIER than a TV series.

And even though I am in EMS - I've also been in the IT Industry since I left IT.

And the things with people who are in IT - they are like car mechanics... each one you chat to always has a better opinion or idea of another car mechanic.
