I'm with RSAWEB and they are useless!! promised that technicians would come out, never arrived, unanswered emails and phone calls, their customer service is non existent! I wouldn't recommend at all.
I have given them my notice and moving ASAP!

This isn't a television show. I know most South Africans like to pretend and live as if they're in their beloved TV programmes but this is reality.No ISP is perfect, I get that, but no customer is perfect either.
When people generally complain, they tell whole truths and some lies.

Customers love to tell 1 version of a story... but it's not like RSAWEB can post what ACTUALLY happened on many of the cases where people bitch online and fail to mention certain things.
I highly doubt that - give me your details via DM and I'll ask some questions - I'd love to hear what the story is behind this.
