Cool thanks...looks very similar to CM9 unless there some super tweaks that aren't mentioned.

How does siyahs kernels compare to stock...I know hes got a lot of customizations and all (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1555259) but is there really any difference in speed and battery life?

When I had my GS2 I swore by Siyah. Brilliant kernel.
The difference in both battery and performance was more then just noticeable.

Which Siyahs Kernal is compatable for Dual booting? Could I use 'SiyahKernel v3.2.3' and will this be ok for ICS 4?...Also is there any info on how to partition? thanks!

I could not answer this as I have moved on to the Galaxy Note now. I do basic flashing of CM9 for friends and family now.
So knowledge has become basic :)

Yes, 3.2.3 is capable of dual booting. I have used kernels from 3.1rc6 to current and they all could dual boot. 3.2.3 is the latest. Don't worry about partitioning! You might just mess up your phone playing with partitions. The kernel basically does all the work for you.

My experience:
1. I had stock LPS with ICS Domination theme.
2. Then flashed Siyah kernel (say 3.2.3) with CWM. (I do not go into recovery mode to do this - you can use Mobile Odin for this too, but I prefer CWM!)
3. Let it boot up again.
4. Boot into recovery mode (also with CWM).
5. Go to the dual booting option (last one I think). In there is an option to flash a rom from sd to secondary rom. Selected that. Let the rom install (didn't take long).
6. Then in the same menu wipe secondary dalvik cache (didn't seem like anything happened)
7. Wipe secondary cache. The moment I selected wipe secondary cache, I got a message that the partition is created and that it will take long ... and it does take long ... go make some coffee ... drink it ... mow the lawn ... wash the dog ... When you have dried your dog, the installation should be complete.
8. Reboot phone.
9. When you boot up now, you will see on the Siyah splash screen you have three seconds to press either the home button or volume down button - I use home button.

Depending on the rom you flashed, there might be a different kernel present when you boot into secondary rom. So let the phone boot up into secondary rom.

10. Then go back into CWM or Mobile Odin recovery and flash the same Siyah kernel (3.2.3) - Not in recovery mode, directly from CWM menu on phone.

Now you should have Siyah (3.2.3) active for both roms.

Good luck

Thanks so much for this info...it's a great help...I have both Mobile Odin & CWM I will use CWM it looks pretty much straight forward!:-)

Thanks Mike it's cool Ogrotekoning has answered the question in great detail :-)

Ummm Any recommendations from your experience what ROM I can download & install?

Not really - I have ICS LPS as primary and CM9 as secondary. You can try D4, Ressurection Remix, Hydrogenics,. There a lot around. Find one and try it. If it sdoesnt suit you, then go into recovery, and select the option to delete the secondary rom and install another. It is personal taste and to be honest, the rom I like most is actually ICS LPS (stock Sammy with Siyah kernel. I install these "to test" only to secondary rom.

And the golden rule ... MAKE A NANDRIOD BACKUP!

Can anyone recommend a good FM Stereo for CM9...? I see the radio is one of the applications that were left out, and I miss it...

Here is CyanogenMod site. Select your device ... SGS2 ... :D
Select nighly builds and pick anyone you like. Rumour has it the latest one for your device should have the most features and least bugs.

Guys who are dual booting? Are both your roms rooted? I tried to use a backup app on the 2nd rom to restore my apps but it said it wasn't rooted.
