Do you guys normally get the XFA and XFE releases simultaneously? I am still waiting for the XFA on the S3 while XFE is already out...
 
Hey, keyboard junkies!! Do yourself a favour and check out Kii Keyboard. I was a solid SwiftKey user, until I bought my tablet and wanted a proper split keyboard. This is now my default keyboard on both table and phone. Still in beta, (premium features all work during beta) but really good!!

I handed my S2 in for a charging issues one Friday morning at 9:00, collected it again that same afternoon. Problem was fixed.
I used the Repair Centre in Richards drive, just off Allandale.
I am aware of another repair centre like this in Montague Gardens - Cape Town as well.

I am in Cape Town. Handed it in in Canal Walk and they sent it to Montague Gardens (afaik).

Any MTN users running the spanish rom?

I installed it on 2 s2's for other people and both did not apply a APN.

My Vodacom one worked fine.

The MTN APN settings will also help if someone has them.

Don't think it's an issue with the ROM, sounds more like a SIM card issue. What SIMs are they?

Running NeatROM, which is based on the Spanish ROM. APNs came through fine. See the last 2 or 3 pages - what SIM do you have?
 
Do you get covers that still fit with the extended battery on?

Edit: I meant a case that fits, not the standard battery cover that fits the extended battery.

I did, see a couple of posts back. The long and short of it is that it took a new SIM to sort it out.

It is a pain but oh so worth it
 
Thanks guys, the sims dont say what size they are but they are pretty old so I suggested new sims.

The APN settings are hard coded on the sim, so when I put in my old Vodacom sim, I still get the vlive! APN settings. :(
