I installed it last night, I haven't noticed any issues whatsoever yet. All I can say is that it is very smooth :)

Just can't figure out how to uninstall apps that aren't from the Playstore :confused:

EDIT: Nevermind, figured out the uninstall thing.

Battery usage on 4.2.2 Slim is insanely low compared to my stock!

Have location services all turned on, Exchange push enabled and Google Now running and my battery is sitting on 85% since it left charge at 8.30 this morning. Will wait to see what happens the later it gets but so far this is awesome! My screen only been on for 34 minutes, but with stock I was getting serious battery drain even with the screen off.

:wtf: you have just convinced me to flash a new ROM. Which kernel are you running?

I didn't change anything recently, didn't install any apps recently, and an hour ago BEWM stuck.
I just hope i don't have to factory reset to get it working :/

I have also had a few boot loops recently. I'm currently on Omega 20 but had one or 2 when on Omega 19.2/3 as well
My phone would freeze, so I hold down power button to switch it off and the on again and then ... boot loop :(

I used GS2KernelWipe http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2100554 to remove all the kernel 'rubbish' from past flashes. Apparently this can be a cause of the boot loops.

Did this about 2 days ago and so far no more boot loops!! Fingers crossed :D

Using the bundled kernel which appears to be CM 10.1.

Also discovered a rad keyboard that I haven't used before called TouchPal. Sounds lame, but is the best Swype-like keyboard I've used so far and looks good too (has lots of skins).

Also another thing, I don't know if it happens will all the Slim roms (4.2.2 build 1 is the first one I'm trying) but the default screen DPI is set so everything is tiny. I like a more compact look, but it was just too small. Set it to 213 now and looks good.

Okay, this is weird.
After i got the bootloop on the Nordic 4.1.2, I installed the German 4.1.2, however there are some settings missing!

I didn't realise different CSC's removed settings from the phone. My lock screen options are now limited to weather and clock, whereas previously i had the option of adding FB, Stock, news as well as add three app shortcuts on the slide lock screen.
I also can't seem find the option of syncing via wifi only.

I wonder what else they removed in the German version. Anyone else seen other settings removed on other CSC's?
 
Trying SlimBean now, but have a problem with no APN's showing, in the past I have used GetRIL which sorts it out but on this ROM the baseband and RIL match and the APN's are still blank, any ideas?
This seems to happen to SA phones quite a bit and the GetRIL has always solved it but not now?
