Yup ... Netherlands roms was good on the past - give some feedback when you can.

Just to give you some feedback....I'm back on Gingerbread 2.3.6 again.
I've been using the XEN Netherlands ICS ROM as of last week, mainly because my 2.3.6 ROM is also the XEN one and thought I'd go with something I trust. Well, been using it since last week....happy in the beginning, but then started to get irritated with it.
This is what irritated me :
1. I absolutely hate the text menus. Don't ask why, I just don't like it.
2. When switching between wifi and hspa+, ICS will not connect to my wifi router again. Didn't happen all the time, but it happened.
3. The new task manager just looks tacky and it doesn't work properly. If you swipe all the open apps off the screen and go into Task Manager, it still shows the RAM as being used....so it doesn't work properly, or Task Manager is screwed up.
4. Battery drain just happen faster with the ICS ROM, not sure why. Maybe it's cos they adjusted the display brightness sensor a bit. But now that I'm back on Gingerbread, I've used the phone the whole day and battery is pretty on 67%.
5. Personal gripe, but not happy that they removed the Contacts icon from the phone dialer. I know it's now in the menu settings for quicker access, but I'm so used to it being at the top, still tap there.
6. Why are all the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons swapped around?
The new features of ICS are not enough to keep me on the ICS ROM, so I went back to something that works 150% for me.
