Replaced and disabled Touchwiz with Holo Launcher HD.
Latest quadrant score was 5830.
The phone is flying now with great battery life.

I'm impressed. I popped into the repairers today to drop the phone off. They said they're quiet, can I wait. 30 minutes later I had my phone back, good as new. Stoked.
Just a pity it cost R2k. I've seen unwanted S3 upgrades on Gumtree for not much more than R4k.

Was just the glass damaged? The screen underneath was fine? Or was the whole glass/screen thing (?) replaced? Is it one unit?
Just to confirm, Vodacom doesn't support fast dormancy?
