Samsung One Ui 7.0

so now my phone would have been getting the One Ui7 update very soon if Samsung SA was on the ball 0 but these tw@tties haven't even started rolling the update out to the S24 ultra and the foldables yet ..... IMHO Samsung SA and the people responsible for getting these updates out are just floppish ar5eholes

In Korea not only just the S24FE has joined the party, the S23 Ultra and the rest of the S23 series is also getting the updates at this time

EDIT : though my phone is a multi region CSC model (region OJM) so it might get it sooner than the ZA region (XFA, XFM, XFE, or XFV) OR it might even get it later ..... either way im just gonna have to wait and see what happens

Already got one ui 7 through the leaked update. Pretty good so far
 
One Ui 7.0 available for the S23 series. Friend got the update notification.
 
Hey everyone. Not sure if this was posted before, but with the one ui 7 update, is there a battery health check? Some countries don't have it, so I was wondering if the South African version of one ui 7 will have it.

No health check that I can see on the S23 Ultra unless I use Members.
 
Updated mine today S24 Ultra. Did not get notification but checked for update and it was available. Seems okay. The unlock that was reported as bit sticky initially seems to be fixed.
Don't see battery health check but here's a device care diagnostics feature.
 
i have asked in the S24 thread but no reply, so i'm asking here too ...... has anyone with a S24FE in SA received One Ui7 yet?

WOW - the rest of the world has been all getting it and we wait like sockpuppets here ..... to make things worse they have just announced they are starting to rollout One UI7 for the A series and M series and 4th gen flip and fold now to the rest of the world and im beginning to see more rumors about One Ui8 than news about One Ui7 because it seems like Samsung want to forget the sorry debacle - but then again we get the security updates around the 20th of the month so possibly we might get the update around the 20th of May - and One UI7 contains the April security update for us S24FE users so we go a full month behind :rolleyes: and i'm not sure when we get the May security update

whole thing started of as a shitshow and its finishing off as a shitshow - first Samsung since i got rid of my J1 Ace and its probably going to be my last - i don't mind them being late BUT no communication and being late is a bad combo that makes most peoples ar5es itch

Trust me, it's really not that special, in fact somethings are argh. Especially the slide down for the settings is now the same as iphones. So you have to scroll from the right

Its a setting. You can revert back. Click the pencil icon. First thing I changed

Panel settings > combined

i was used to lots of funny things similar to that from my Xiaomi phones - its a normal android feature on most other brands as is the vertical app drawer instead of Samsung's retarded and counterintuitive side by side movement

for me One Ui7 is when Samsung actually brings their phones officially into the 21st century but they are delaying it for lots of us still ..... i mean a guy with an A25 or A15 in South Korea or US or even Europe is going to have this update before i get it on a phone that costs 3 to 4 times more than what those guys paid just because Samsungs employees are starched doily's who cant handle a full scale global rollout
