Nope, I tried my friends who is locked, it is any device via IMEI number, even factory reset. They are investigating accounts at present, as some people had 5 accounts on a device and burning on 5 accounts. If by accident, you have more than 2, which is his case, I created a test account, just email Samsung to resolve.
 
In... @camikaze did u have multiple accounts on device?

Hey this was not a problem up until the new release. .. as far as I'm concerned, these are legitimate accounts.
 
I was just informed that the rewards people read this thread duo it would be wise to delete some posts before they get more ideas and other people get affected.

And i know for a fact that there are people running more than 1 account off their devices.
