you will have to contact them i had an issue with my deliveries some how they did not capture my contact details - after i contacted them and shat them out because i provided the details twice before - my stuff came.

Took about two weeks to switch from "Ordered" to "Processing". Figured I'll shoot them a mail in a week and see what the hold up is. Pretty sure now that Samsung Rewards is closed they no longer care though.
