SARS E-Filing 2020/21

Oh BTW __ I got the verified and completion letter today -- no changes done
I submitted supporting docs on the 30th June -- ( last week Wed )
So thing verification doesnt really take 21 days as they claimed --- it's just a standard safe/waiting period

Now It's just a matter of waiting for the money/refund to come through i guess ..

Same in my side. I also submitted docs on the 30th. Received the same document this morning. No Payment date though.

Lol what stuff-up.
So I found it, enabled it - added my home expenses and submitted.

They now re-calculated, IGNORING my huge medical expenses and Discovery payments I make myself and dropped my amount due by 90% lol. And I can't re-edit again as it was my second submission. I've lodged a dispute and asked for the medical expenses to be re-added.

but let's just wait as we waited for verification
will just check SOA in the mornings if any changes in the coming days

I submitted my documents on the 21st of June for some reason i could submitted my return early like a tit. Still waiting for completion

This WFH expense thing y'all talking about -- been thinking about it ..
I have been working from home since last year 2020 Mid March (I think)
Bought some monitors , laptop , UPS ( to be loadshedding ready ) , and put some Fibre Vumatel/Telkom

Would this apply for WFH expense claim in my case ?

Just asking --- I wont do it now -- don't wanna go through the SARS pain of sending supporting documents or proof .... had enough already of sending supporting docs now for 2019/20 and 2020/21 Returns .... so I'm good

Just thinking about it for 2021/22 Tax Returns -- if I see 90% success rate in this WFH claim.

Have an additional 6 files and wanted to submit separately since it is not rental, but cannot upload again.

I used this link to upload my supporting docs -- if it helps:

its prompts you to fill up few required input fields -- Case No,Tax Ref, ID No, etc ... then you can upload couple of docs at once

My efiling profile is still screwed after a week. Can't do anything on my profile, my returns history is missing, everthing is just gone.

Stuck in this state, every time I chat to SARS they just say I must wait 24 hours.

If I log into SARS I get fokol, no returns, no irp5, nada... but I suspect it's TaxTim related
