No, you have to log out and back in again.
I haven't tried submitting a return. There was an auto assessment notice, but I haven't actioned it, as I'm claiming for some additional things this year.

I changed my details online last year, I didnt go in and it was successful.

Thought I'd just share my Taxtim experience as well. In hindsight, I should have checked this thread beforehand as it seems I wasted my money. I figured "tax is hella complicated this year with all my investments, would rather use Taxtim to make the process smooth".
That was a week ago, and I am still stuck on "awaiting transfer request". No SARS OTP comes my way. I am dead in the water.
Followed up this morning. Will see what happens.
But yeah, so far the experience doesn't justify the cost. If things don't get any better, this will be the last time I make that mistake.

No idea, which is why I asked that question. I haven't started the claim process yet, so might do so tonight.
Quick question, i filed and was selected for verification. They owed me about 20k. They just sent a revision now in that i owe them 2k. But if i look on my SOA they still owe me 18k. I am very confused does the revision just subtract from the original or do i actually owe them money now?

They may ask for pictures, that's why I'm not claiming for an office itself. I don't have a dedicated room.
I'm claiming for my internet access from April 2020 and a webcam.

Same here, SARS status has however changed this morning to "Return - Assessed" hoping for a completion letter soon...
Still on Correction filed this side.,

I assumed my status update was because I clicked on SoA in the app last night?
Now it says SARS Status: Return - Assessed
eFiling Status: Correction Filed
Statement of Account Balance: A klomp money that makes me salivate.
SoA confirms selected for audit/verification, no refund dates there and no correction acceptance/refusal insight.
I was selected for verification/audit. Uploaded my docs from PC. No response for more than a week. Went onto the the mobile App. Before you log in there is a tab which says 'correspondence ' I went and uploaded my documents on there. They sent verification done letter within a few hours and refund due tomorrow. Perhaps,give it a try.
