SARS E-Filing 2020/21

I have done my return and been selected for audit.
I have all my documentation ready to upload, but still don't have a printed IRP 5 from my employer. My IRP 5 info was auto-populated onto efiling. Do I still need to try get my IRP 5 and upload for the audit?

I have my Medical Aid Certificate, My mileage logbook, my proof of address ( It changed).

IRP5 is the only outstanding document and I am worried if I submit what I have without it , there will be a delay in the audit. On the other hand, it is auto populated so do I need to still run around this week to try get a copy to upload? ( I am having technical issues on our employee intranet site where I can obtain it.)
Yes, you still need to upload the IRP5

Submitted my return on the 6th of July. Have a rental property thats been vacant, no rent for the tax year last year. Did advertise etc and had it with agents - no success. Uploaded all supporting docs I thought they need now selected for audit. Anything else i should keep
In mind? Do i need to prove somehow it was vacant? Any advice or do i just sit tight while they audit?

What does the first request mean? I know the 2nd one is the letter from my employer

Sounds like they wish to know what your office is equipped with to conclude it's a home office? (What's your profession if I might ask?). Send pictures or an inventory?

Did you make a loss? If yes, you must give reasons why no income.

I'm a CA. So literally desk, lamp, chair and work laptop.

Just relax and sit tight - literally thousands of landlords in exactly the same position.
The old saying As safe as Houses did not account for COVID.
They want to ensure you did not have an undeclared occupant, that's all.

My bru! We should be asking you these questions lol. I rate a picture and/or floor plan of the property. Remember they want the outbuildings as well so they can argue your office is minuscule in comparison to the rest of the property.

I will probably be in same position soon. If audited, all I can send them is my bank statements where I used to get income from rent master for couple of months. I am sure I don't have to prove that it was vacant as I don't see how would I do that unless I live stream from my property 24/7.

Did you perhaps answer "Yes" to that ring fencing loss question ?

Quick one,

If I purchased a monitor that I use exclusively for work can I add the item (Cost more than 20 K) ?
