Screamer ADSL

Well sounds like the entire country is having a bad internet day (just from one little maintenance event on one cable), so i won't expect too much out of any ISP today. Truly a sad state this country's internet is in, we're literally one cable failure away from complete blackout.
 
My Afrihost account is flying though.... (and to think I just cancelled it). Hopefully after all the maintenance is done and the Public IP's become available we will have a better internet experience. (or is this just wishful thinking?)
 
You guys can't ask me because i was promised a phone call and nothing ever happened....

browsing is flying though... torrents are going 10kb max. as usual...

i feel like I am being throttled today. speed are milling around the 30KB mark.

Oh. And Afrihost is flying... tomorrow is phone Screamer day and literally scream at them. Or perhaps switch back to DC, that forum is looking 'ok'

try going 10kb. max. been at itthre whole night. 3 week downloads here we come.

well my speeds havent exactly been great... my torrents actually go at 10kbps no matter how many people are seeding! shocking isnt it?!
my connection isnt always stable though...one minute its at 4mb capacity, then the next it drops down to 384..somethings not right.
 
Connection has been really lousy since Friday. Not looking good. Someone needs to do something......
 
Well, they took their money yesterday.... So at least they have some funds available now!
 
i cant get onto my screamer account since yesterday morning, its driving me batty, and no awnser for me at the call center either.
 
I seem to diconnect everyday on my router when i check it, the msg is xDSL line is not synchronized, restart my router and it seems to work fine after that? something fishy is going on??
 
I have a 4megabit line, wonder if telkom are playing around :-D wasnt there a cable break recently on SAT3 as well though?
 
An upgrade again... took longer than the 15-20min that they thought it would take. My speeds are up, but since last Friday I have not been able to get over 50kB/s on my 512 line :(
