I'm having a problem downloading any web page that is not co.za.
It takes ages to download a web page and most times it just time out.
My ISP provided who uses IS tells me it is because of the telkom lines, something about floods in Cape Town???????? (BS)
Does anyone know what's going on, is anyone having a similiar problem?

Have you checked that you aren't hard capped?
