So what you are saying is the problem of scammers is being dealt with. I find this very very difficult to believe. Links to articles where scammers have been prosecuted please.
If one is thick enough to be taken by one of these operators you bloody well deserve it. What I have found on this forum is that most of them are pretty damn sharp and don't need little lessons on Internet security. If anyone wants to take a scammer on I highly doubt a MyBB member would come off second best. Google IP masking, Tor and Onion etc.
Unless you may be House.Then ignore all of the above.
