I see the area I stay is covered (or will be soon), but the pricing is still too expensive/or more like the caps are too small for the speeds on offer.

Look at that table and see why no Eastern Cape. It would be rarer to find those who could afford expensive broadband services in Eastern Cape than anywhere else in South Africa.
