i don't believe this, here in Cape Town they are laying fiber all over the suburbs, i noticed yesterday, at a "parkie" 500m away from my home there are 3 new rolls dumped

why are they doing this in residential areas???aren't they doing businesses only? and i must mention...these fibre tolls are different colours...blue,green and orange
