ok - closer 4 is for 384 and 5 for 1024(up2-4096)..

but - my question : do you have an included 2/3gig access volume from telkominternet as ISP?

otherwise this not much cheaper for someone that might not be using his/her phone alot!

Closer has no implied ISP package. It's great if you use the phone line for calls as well, otherwise it's pretty pointless.

Check your bills carefully. I had my closer 5 installed earlier this year and they have yet to get the billing right. I was still be charged for all calls, and at some point I was being charged for closer 3 as well. When I asked about it they said it was a common problem and they'll 'sort it out'. Still waiting.

get self install - took 2 weeks to get my ADSL

they were going to take 6 weeks they said. - wasnt there a murmur about 30days to get your ADSL installed by the provider

Ye, i wanted to do that but i actually need a techie to come move one of my lines... I'm gonna go down to the shop tomorrow and get my order number and post on hellopeter.com See if that will make any difference..
