Telkom FUP cap errors

I talked to another service droid the other day - she said they are "aware of the problem" - I'm paying R1400 a month to get capped for data I didn't download :mad:

It would be appreciated if you could post whether you are using a Fibre or ADSL connection.
 
All now reset on my account - no longer throttled. Usage recorded as zero.
