Their in-store centers have direct lines to customer service (no waiting) so I just went there to call. I tried calling twice today from my home line, waited 25 minutes

Came home to almost dead internet on TI this evening. Far worse than the past few days.

http downloads (various including put.io) flying at 9 KB/s which equals 0.072 mbps. That is epic for a 10 mbps line. A new record.

Spotify can't connect.

I miss 56K dial-up so much it's amazing to experience it again.

Hopped over onto my 50gb Afrihost capped account and its back to full speed everything.

Ranger, TelkomZA, please explain ? How on this green earth can a product fail to deliver on such a monumental scale for nearly 4 weeks. This is a cluster f*** of note.

Well... had TI for 2 days... Firstly signed up for a 4mb uncapped account, they gave me a 2mb uncapped...

Then my speeds are a fkn joke, torrents, haha they dont even work!

Gaming, oh yah, my diablo 3 session... (even my 3g/HSDPA dongle gets sub 300 ms)



I'm glad they do month-to-month contracts now so I can can there motherfkn asses!

Anyone got a good ISP to jump ship to?
