I guess no news is good news.![]()
Latency seems to be a bit stable since the high latency yesterday.....
Thanks. I wouldn't mind knowing some representative values (traceroute or local ping).

So, for any of the issues I have been looking at for users here, please:
1)Send an email to support@telkomsa.net. You should receive an auto-reply with a ticket number. Please include your internet username, the telephone number of the ADSL line you are using, and sufficient technical detail (the better the quality of the information, the better your chances of a quick resolution), e.g. traceroute, URL of a speedtest result indicating the problem etc.
2)If you don't have a resolution within 2 business days, or if it is really urgent, include the ticket number from (1) in a message to @TelkomZA on twitter or TelkomZA on Facebook
I haven't downloaded a lot maybe 8GB or so, but my speeds are fine, although a bit erratic, when it comes to speedtests. (4 Meg lineDon't know if this is because of some new day time policy, or if I've already reached a "random" limit, but my speed is currently half line speed (2mb -> 1mb)
How do I check my bandwidth usage with TI uncapped? TITracker gives me the following message:
"Thank you for logging onto the Telkom Internet Usage Tracker Tool. You are on an Uncapped product and therefore usage tracking is not applicable to you"
Anyways, jokes aside, I deeply regret going from Mweb to Telkom Uncapped, lol, its fkn horrible, twitch.tv used to stream 100% over a 2mb Mweb uncapped account, now, on a Telkom 4mb uncapped account, it buffers every 5 seconds, oh Christ, I'm so stupid it hurts my brain.

The SO is having a fantastic time with her 2mb Telkom uncapped account. She downloads at 180kb/s during the day on p2p and she can stream 480p whilst downloading.
There were some issues last week but it has been resolved.
I'm still stuck on an unstable 1mb line![]()
does anyone know what the throttle total for the 1mb uncapped is?
Its alleged to be around 100GB some say more some say less so its around there somwhere
