Now just let this issue persist for another 30 days and you will be at our level of frustration.
Don't fret, it looks like TI are playing with the QoS again. As you say browsing is terrible, local & int, but torrents & streaming (youtube & iPlayer) are perfect.
Pretty sure they'll sort it by start of business tomorrow and upset the gamers & Netflix users again![]()
Now they finally call me to cancel, and go on about the bs policy of 30-days notice. Yet, they've been ignoring me since the beginning of January.
You do not get any lower than these scum. Trying to hold me hostage for another month for a service they can't provide. If they do not cancel on Monday, I will start phoning the consumer commission, and at the end of the month, go to small claims court.

Have you tried using the default DNS? Do that then reboot your router. It's worth a try.

It did that on the default DNS as well. Lots of timeouts. It's better nowHave you tried using the default DNS? Do that then reboot your router. It's worth a try.
8.8.8.8 is all you'll need.I've also been having DNS issues.
It works for a while and stops completely. Just says trying to resolve host.
I give up!
