Guys if you need support please contact [email protected] I think they are the guys carrying out support. I found it out on Telkoms FAQ.
"If your box started with the process but did not complete it, I suggest emailing the Nology Help Desk on [email protected] for assistance. Also note that enough space needs to be made available on internal storage for the firmware image to download – the question of “how much space is needed” is largely irrelevant since the process will factory reset the box anyway, so no use to keeping anything on there really.”
