Im looking for some suggestions on how to cancel my telkom smartbroadband wireless package without breaking the bank.
I have heard that if you move out of the coverage area, they will drop the contract, has anyone does this before? Is it possible to downgrade to the lowest package resulting in a low monthly bill and get fibre with another isp as fibre is being installed in my area? If the second option is possible then would there be any penalty fees?
The reason for this cancelation is that international servers are getting shaped and streaming site hosted in the US buffers like crazy even though im getting on average 60mbps to local servers and around 4mbps to 20mbps to US servers depending on the time. Sites like crunchyroll are unusable at times while netflix and youtube work in 4k.
