Telkom LTE - can't access certain websites

Hi There

I am currently on the Telkom LTE 20Gb + 20Gb (nightsurfer) package. Router is Huawei B315s - 936. I have 2 external Poynting LPDA0092 antenna's. Signal is very good. Suddenly today I can't access a specific motorbike site that I have been accessing for ages. I have read on the Telkom Community board of many people having similar issues with various websites.

Software is up to date. I'm using the 2300Mhz band.

I chatted to two Telkom agents today without any success.

Does anyone have similar issues and how did you resolve it (if you did)?

Please help - I'm desperate here.

I couldn't access Bidorbuy about an hour ago.
Switched router off and on.
Can now access BoB.
 
I also have that problem - can't open a page through TM, but when I try on MTN, it opens perfectly - getting tired of this
 
Had same issue with a number of sites. Since overriding the DNS IPs with Google I have not experience it again. Been about 2 weeks now.

probably a noob question, but does one change the DNS IP only on the computer or on router/modem as well?

Either one.
If you change on the router and all devices has automatic IP assignment, they will all be using the routers DNS.
