Telkom LTE congestion solution anyone?

When I first took out a Telkom LTE contract for my home internet (they are my ISP and I was on ADSL) I could easily and regularly get 45 Mps download speed (record was 65). Now I am happy to get anything over 20. I of course phoned in and complained and was promised that a technician would phone me back but of course that never happened. Router as supplied by Telkom is a HUAWEI B315. Would a different router make a difference?

If you can change the frequency, if you search on this site you will find another forum detailing how.
I would change the frequency and then my speeds would go back to normal.
