Telkom Mobile billing mess - beware

So I upgraded 2 x Smartplan 100 contracts that included 5GB free data pm to Smartplan 100 packages that only included 1GB of free data pm.

I received an invoice indicating that they kept the 5GB data bundle on both contracts and billed me for it R1200+. I phoned them on 3 September and was told it could have been a mistake with the upgrade process. They would call me back. I phoned them again a week later to follow up - they said someone would still phone me. They phoned back on 11 September and said that they'll remove the bundles and credit me. They did credit me (as per October invoice).

Come October invoice and they added the 5GB data bundle again! Phoned them again, I quoted the previous case number and they said they could see that it is still under investigation. Um "under investigation" Ive been told its been resolved previously. Now they said they'll log a new case and sms me the case number but - I haven't received anything!

So frustrated by this mess! Seriously Telkom, get your act together! I'm starting to regret renewing my contracts with them. :mad:
