These tests take forever to finish and page load times are horrendous.

I had better speeds back in the day with my 28.8k analogue modem.

I am using my Galaxy Tab in USB tether configuration which was fine before, but now speeds are pathetic, this is in Goodwood, Cape Town btw.

Any ideas?
