Telkom mobile uncapped internet - Monthly usage

I'm on one of the original Telkom Mobile uncapped LTE packages (SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless 1 Deal) and i've never been able to see what my usage is. except for the total usage i have on my router.

Does anybody know how to check what their monthly usage is, i noticed over the weekend that they have a new beta site however their usage charts does not show anything and just keeps on loading.


I think they are messing around with the FUP a bit as i'm getting restricted by them earlier each month.
 
Send a blank SMS to 188. Someone else mentioned it in the Uncapped feedback forum.
 
Just a quick update, i tried sending a blank message to 188 and it worked. i received an SMS with my usage and one telling me about "Hello!You have used 0 MB of your "P2P FUP bundle".

I also sent one to 180 but after about 5-10 min i stopped checking if i received anything. it probably does not work with my contract type.

180 is for customer care. 188 is for balance. Glad you got it sorted.
