I've been trying to get a mobile number restored after it was cancelled.
I paid the outstanding amount required , I logged a case number.56153933 so far I have spoken to Vulani, Umbekhele, Confidance, Lungi from Telkom over the past months but nothing happens.
I was told they transferred my mobile number from contract to prepaid, which is ok, as I just want my old number back.
Now 2 months later, Lines still not restored.
Anybody have an idea who to contact PLEASE?
