Telkom Reverse Rental charge (RC)

Hello, at the beginning of last month I was without internet or phone for 2 weeks. When the bill came at the end of the month, I was credited accordingly for "Out of serv". But this month I get "Once-off charges" which credit me for -R62 but charge me twice for Reverse Rental charge: R70 + R210, which is what was subtracted last month, what do I do?

You jump on the internet and ask a bunch of strangers what you should do, just to get 100's of different answers ... throw them all in a hat, and pick one ... whalla ... easy

PM @Jefferson D'Arcy , he works for Telkom Clientcare. Helped me a lot to get refunded after I accidently dialled the wrong number with a pocket dial and it turned out to be a premium adult number that was charged at a massive per minute rate.
