Telkom routing problems

well Ive been having routing problems with telkom the way the rout my internet makes my ms very high when i join a server in USA and then i keep getting disconnected and its so frustrating when they use longest way to rout your internet just because it cheap for them that's the only reason why uncapped is getting so cheap lately there is always a catch with them and i don't even wane bother phoning them because image trying to tell them that the way they rout your internet is bad
