I have been going the "DSL fault" route with option 1 then option 2, but no success. First 10 calls it just said "limited service outside office hours" and then the call will just end. Eventually got to Telkom guy who shot me down telling me that my line hasn't been upgraded yet and I have to wait till January. After that I eventually got through a second time and the lady actually did a reset for me!!!! Too bad I'm still syncing on 1Mbps though...
Anyway, I dropped TelkomZA a PM and hopefully when I get back from work tomorrow I'll be on 2Mbps...
Or maybe Telkom guy was right and ADSL checker is wrong and I havn't been upgraded...:wtf:
That's because a reset does nothing. They have to change your profile.
