as can be expected the schmucks haven't even acknowledged receipt and I imagine an uphill battle on the hearings front

but to go on topic:
TelkomZA it is worth pointing out that due to Telkom not being able to provision a 10 meg bundle to me you have seen a service downgrade from a 20 gig allocation to a 10 gig allocation. You guys seriously need to look at your bundle options or wholesale provisioning a little closer to retain business.

I have still had no response from telkom. I suppose I should be patient. I have escalated my call on their website several times but I dont even get a reference number via email.
Maybe its time to move to 3g and all those hassels. The joys of living in the third world.

I had sent him 2 PM's about a week ago, I havn't gotten response from them. I eventually solved the issues by calling Telkom (thought TelkomZA would solve the issues real quick )

Yeah its an issue on the Telkom network I think. Have not checked gaming but on saix.net to jhb server getting a wonderful 18ms.

Yep, Also got 600-700 ping in Dota 2, it started at around 1pm today and its still going on. Phoned Telkom and told me they have a problem with their network, but do not know the ETA for it to be fixed.

Yeah but its only Telkom that seems to be affected as other ISP's seem to have no issues with latency.

Exact Same problem on my side, but my other accounts work perfect.

Gaming on telkom is a no no now, get a small capped account from Afrihost for gaming. Only way Ive come right.
