TELKOM SA DESPERATE FOR HELP ADSL
Since Feb '14 I am Throttled over 1 GB Monthly Data. Cannot get get Telkom to adjust to my Contract 4Mbps Speed 10 GB CAP. Payment by Debit Order.
Technical have confirmed adsl Line is OK.
ISP Telkom Confirm I am Throttled.
Accounts say they have my a/c as above ( 10GB Cap)
I receive emails from
adslfeedback@telkomsa.net warning I have exceeded MY ! GB CAP ( emails I have not deleted are April 04,07.14,21.
Thursday I waited for accounts to answer phone 90 minutes, yesterday 60 mins before hanging up.
