TelkomZA, please assist me with following up on an order. I have been trying for a few days to get anybody at 10210 to answer but will try to see if you might assist me with my issue. I will send you a PM also with more details.
 
Just a progress update for my fault they closed on Thursday afternoon that I reported again on Friday that was logged on Monday has today been tested and all found in order. They have now however handed it over to a technician and will endeavour to resolve it in 2 days. Hopefully the wisp will do the los test and I can use all these references etc to cancel my DSL and line and join up with these guys
 
New installed line yesterday, but no ADSL as technician says he is only doing the phone number and not ADSL? Said I can phone the horrid number 10210 and they will activate it over the phone.

Phoned and by some miracle got through in 3 minutes to someone. But they couldn't do anything because the job was still open and the technician has to close it, really they got closed it or simply add on to the current job?

Anyway I will try again today. She said that there might not be any ports available. How long to wait to get a port and ADSL active?

Line installed on Thursday, worked fine until Friday afternoon. No dial tone or anything since then. Logged "service <no>" at 1500 Friday via sms line.
Have not received any further correspondence yet. Could you suggest troubleshooting for me, please?
 
Is anyone else getting really slow international download speeds? I'm on a 4mbps line, but my download speeds are the equivalent of a 384kbps connection. Is anyone else having this issue?
 
Does anyone get any replies back from TelkomZA? Have not received a single response from my query. Are they (TelkomZA) just very busy atm?

I have, but took them few days to respond. But only with reference no and then asking for speed test results.
 
Can't even get through. Go through the menu system and then engaged. So now I guess its get through to accounts and start to require refunds from 10/12/2014 for no service

I have also only received a response today from TelkomZA requesting my contact details and line number which I thought they could pick up from my reference number that I got from their MyTelkom service. It's almost two weeks now since I signed up for an upgrade and they are extremely slow in processing the order.

TelkomZA has been very slow in responding to pm's for me as well.

Has TelkomZA actually responded to anyone recently. Seems to be a black hole like phoning 10210...
