Please reply to my PM. My line has been out for over a week now and has been escalated to the transmissions team but I think they have lost connection
. My line was hit by lightning and it seems it made it back to the exchange and i cannot get any modem to synchronise on my line. Please can you have a look at it for me as I need to be able to work from home.
