Hi Telkom, Given that Telkom admits (They offer no penalties to be charged on migration from LTE to fibre) to the LTE service, at least in the east of Pretoria, being sub-standard to say the least. Telkom though insists that I pay R800 for a useless LTE router, on migration to fibre, because I took the router out of the box. I have suffered poor LTE streaming performance since I got this expensive service. Now that there is an alternative in the offing, they strike. Asking customers to pay even more for their poor service- to make things worse they instructed me to take it out of the box, unwrap and install it!!!
