The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Expecting good things at weigh in tomorrow. Park run before breakfast, lots of physical activity today, ate well...

The 2016 Heart Attack Avoidance Thread

Oh gawd, don't smoke. Don't drink heavily. Eat smart. Exercise regularly even if you walk a couple kms a day

So, my last week has resulted in a loss or gain of precisely 0. :(

I have no idea what I did wrong... I'll just start again today :D

Motivational for the week for those already starting to think about cheat meals:

Weighed in at 107.6 Sat morning. Then proceeded to have a real spike weekend. Don't even wanna know where my weight is currently. At least we walked around Jhb zoo with the kids Sunday morning. That counts right? :D

Normal part of the process dude. You'll find your body has decided that it doesn't want to destroy fat cells for a while, so when they get emptied of fat they're filled up with water. You'll find you're still shrinking when this happens, though your weight doesn't change. Eventually your body will realise it no longer needs those cells and the weight will come off with a whoosh.

100%, I plateaued a few times, some lasting a week , longest 3 weeks, normally a good steady drop follows thereafter.

cool,
what happened to your weight after all the active activities of saturday?

Haven't weighed myself but don't want to. I did exercise on Sunday, but I also ate junk food on Saturday and PLENTY on Sunday. I was at a kids birthday party on Sunday - it would have been rude of me to not help myself to thirds of brownie, cake and sweets.

At least I did my usual fast, which means I at least did not eat breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Up to 85.3 this morning.
I went a bit hard at the gym last week, and diet's been on point for the last week, so not too concerned about the gain.
