The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Current LCHF snacks are strawberries ( 10g per 100g ) and Macadamia nuts ( 14g per 100g ). Obviously don't eat a lot but certainly enough to kill a craving.

that 14g is not glycaemic carbs hey...
9 of it is fibre, so closer to 5g/100 for the nuts

Strawbs are 6g/100 glycaemic.
 
Hmmm had strawberries and plain cream for dessert last night.

Update: 136kg this morn.
 
2016 Weight Loss Thread

It kind of worked for me to a point, but what really did it for me was upping water intake, eating veg and salads at every opportunity and cutting out bread / wheat while not lowering protein.

That took me down to 73 a few years ago and it's time I did it again methinks.
