79.2 kg this morning

Now to maintain it.
From 84kg-odd to about 82kg was relatively easy, and each subsequent kg after that was slightly harder, especially trying to maintain lean muscle whilst killing the little tube around the waist. It was slow going, but the fact that I was able to maintain the loss over time makes me happy.
From the beginning of this month I've been intermittently fasting, and weight-loss aside, I've never felt better. I honestly believe this had a lot to do with it. The first week was somewhat of an adjustment, but once you get past the mental challenge of "hey, look, it's lunchtime, I need to eat" and realize you're not really even hungry, it becomes a lot easier.
I followed a five-day fast between 06:00 and 22:00, drinking only water, black sugar-free coffee. I have a pretty hefty breakfast at around 05:30 just after my workout, along with a casein shake, which lasts me for the day. At around 22:00 I will usually have some snacky food, like Provitas with cheese, tuna, or some days just a shake again.
Saturdays I eat as much fresh fruit and veg as I want, and Sundays are my cheat days.
From the beginning I told myself that I won't starve myself. When I get hungry during the day, I have a tall glass of water. If the hunger doesn't go away, or I feel physically "off balance", I would break my fast an eat something. The idea being it's pro-health, not pro-weightloss, if that makes sense. I find myself eating much healthier when I do eat, and on my cheat days, I am still very wary of carbs and sugars, although, the slight indulgences are nice
Not sure how easy/possible 75kg will be, but figured I'll give it a try
