The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Back to 99.7 this morning. Weekends are my achilles heel...

I had that problem last year.

Solution for me was to do a massive amount of cardio on Saturday morning. Made me less hungry for most of Saturday.

Fortunately my net weight comes down over a seven day period, so not too bothered.

Weight been sort of constant for last two-three weeks but have lost major cm's on the waist, down two belt notches, about what, 6cm?

Weigh in: 94.6KG (Down 20.4KG in total since I started in December)

How? Incredible. That is a weight loss of around 1.8kgs a week (if you started at the end of Dec). Please do tell us what you are doing.

Been sick and haven't gymmed for 2 weeks, also been on the road for 10 of them.

Weighed in at 105,4kg this morning. So not losing, but not gaining either. (And had a few burgers and pizza along the way)

At least I broke the 10kg mark in 10 weeks.

Well freaking done. Thats incredible

Thanks man :)

From around 7th December. Strictly no carbs for 6 days a week. No sugar any day of the week. Diet Fuel shake every morning. Protein and veg for lunch and dinner. Drink about 6-8 litres of water a day (with lemon juice), also taking a thermogenic (Phedra Cut Hypercore). Lots of cardio (running, squash, indoor soccer). Got another 10KG or so to go.

After reading a few of the posts in this thread, I appreciate my healty genes more than ever. Thank you God for blessing me with the 'right' stuff. Diet Fuel shake every morning??? WTF is that? Force drink 8L of water a day? Water boarding anyone? How long time are the kidneys going to play the game? Taking a thermo what??? Huh . . . As I said: TX God.

Started carefully tracking what I'm eating. More out of curiosity than weight loss - but I did cut out all the crap (if I'm paying this much attention might as well do it right). Surprised how easy it is to run a 1000+ calorie deficit. Or I just made a calculation error...

Learned loads already. e.g. guessed how much a portion of X is before actually weighing it. Usually off by a lot. Same for guessing calorie content.

I'm back after being on leave and drinking and eating like a king for a week. Surprisingly I didn't gain that much weight.

93.2kg.

I've been off work since Friday... Have had a couple of Castle Lites so far... and will continue to do so until next week Wednesday when I'm back at work, weighed in this morning at 110.5... let's hope I don't pick up 5kg in one week :)
