The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

I'll join.

I have ballooned over the past 6 months being bedridden.

After my last surgery in December I can now start swimming, and walking slowly.

Starting Weight 157 kg
Current Weight 157 kg
Goal Weight. 100 kg
Method: Calorie restricted diet and exercise.

Ad me chubbers

Current weight : 96 odd (pre Christmas)
Goal : 85
Method : Balanced diet, running, cycling, swimming and martial arts

Fitness checkpoint for the Argus and hopefully for the 2 oceans as well.

Not an official weigh-in, but this morning I finally dipped below 77, to 76.4. Hopefully this is the breaking of the point I seemed to be stuck on!

On the weight loss thing too.
Current/Starting: About 108 kg
Goal: 90kg
Method: LCHF/Cardio

Blood pressure is a bit high too, so that should come down as well

Sooo, to all the "fatties", how's this heat treating you? Worst part of my day is getting out of the morning bath, getting dressed and going to work. Should just walk around in a towel and swap it out every 10mins or so.

Durban btw and apparently Thur/Fri is going to be hotter?!!?

Ok, please check that all is in order:

My high speed fan at home, and aircon at the office is awesome...

The drive home in my aircon less 1983 car tends to get a little hot, and by hot I mean: Even the devil himself says: "fck this schit"

Props Fanie.

You deserve a beer, pop round anytime

Just a thought. In order to do fair comparisons, should we add height/BMI figures. A person at 1.5m in height weighing 90kg is different to someone at 1.8m and 90kg, or is this irrelevant for this exercise?

BMI is irrelevant.

The only measure worth including would be body fat %.
