The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Update for me: 90.6kg

LCHF / dieting isn't going well, but exercising is going pretty great!
 
Sigh, watching TV and the wife sits down with a freshly baked apple Danish as dessert. Women!
 
Update: 86.5kg

Will start losing weight when I start doing longer distances again.
 
My starting weight wasn't really 143.8 Fanie, that's just what it was when I last weighed in like August last year. :p

So 145.7 should be both my current and starting weight.

Had a bullet proof coffee this morning and feeling positive and full of energy... gonna be a good day.

Got a beef and caulimash cottage pie sitting in the office fridge for lunch... and a crusted pork chop and veg dish waiting at home for supper.

I confess that has been my achilles heel... had 1.5 litres of castle light and 2 single jameson's on Monday evening (post work drinks with the guys after the holiday break)

Trying to keep this down to twice a week at most though.

Eventually it will stop you losing weight. It did for me.

I would rather go dry now, lose the weight... and then maintain while still drinking.
