The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

I confess that has been my achilles heel... had 1.5 litres of castle light and 2 single jameson's on Monday evening (post work drinks with the guys after the holiday break)

Trying to keep this down to twice a week at most though.

O, and are you LCHF'ing? Calorie counting? Low-fat? wrt diet?

Here's a challenge - let's see who can get to under 130 first between us 2. :)

After that we can tackle the lower weights together too.

You can eat red meat, just cut the carbs.

Yeah, but I save the red meat for special occasions.

Very difficult to cook good red meat and not go overboard on the calories....


I'm currently eating 119 grams of carbs a day. I would like to get this number under 100 grams but will have to change my diet pretty hectically to achieve that
 
145.7. We can make it 120 if you wanna even it up even more.

You will probably beat me to both targets....

With my buggered leg still healing I can barely walk, will be another few months before I can start cycling and weightlifting.

Learn to enjoy cauliflower. Replace mash, rice with cauli equivalent, bacon and cheese and you'll be fine. I think my daily carb count is around the 50-80 mark. What in the red meat is killing your carbs? Simple spicing etc should get you well and add roast veggies: marrows, pattypans, mushrooms, cauliflower. Just no gravy or sauce unless homemade low carb!

My breakfast protein shake is 13g carbs. Lunch is 4 pieces of rye bread (88g carbs).

I suppose I can make cauliflower bread...
