Do those things really work? In your opinion?

Yip, December made me break my diet though and I only started last week and a half ago again but I've seen a difference.
My colleague has lost quite a lot as well.
 
Sorry, just me and these health items and their promises. Personally I find other things work better and also it can be a crutch, ie: once off the stuff , you rebound.

Well I'm not defending it but the morning and afternoon shake is just a meal replacer where you can have High Protein snacks in between.
Its just a high protein diet.
