People who say they cant gain weight "no matter what" are full of it.

Its easy to gain weight. Even if your body has a high metabolism that equates to only 300 extra cal a day.

I'm the same, I lost a good number of KG the end of last year when I was very busy at work and ate takeout twice a day for most days in a week I even stopped doing my regular bike rides. I did get a nice beer belly as a result though.
Eating junk is not healthy though.

As others have said eating well and enough is maybe 80% of the job exercise helps and keeps you healthy but weight wise its only a small part.

Its the same as overweight people, you either lying to yourself or dont know any better. Manage you diet and the rest just takes a good amount of time. I wont say its easy though it takes commitment to change your nature.

Unless you have an overactive Thyroid.
I had that, most awesome thing ever. I ate like a horse, whole day everyday anything that I could get my hands on, my favourite was buns and chips for snacks, and weighed 50. ( I'm 1.75m tall )

Saddest thing is when it then stops working completely.... you go fat thinking about food. :(
At least there is medication for both of them, it will never be the epic food fest again... but at least I have a very slow metabolism compared to no metabolism at all.
