The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Suffering a bit now. Ate way too much meat last few days even though sticking to LCHF, feels like it's all sitting in there.
 
With my tertiary education finished, I have been able to diet much more strictly.

Progress so far:
02/01/2016 -93.6kg
10/01/2016 -92.1kg
21/01/2016 -89.6kg
04/02/2016 -88.6kg

Method: Kilojoule Control (6500 a day) + weekend exercise (5 km parkrun)

Bear in mind that this time two years ago I was 125kg. Feeling as positive as Charlie Sheen.

Took my weight this morning:
10/02/2016 - 87.4kg
 
88kg. Couldn't run last week due to toenails falling off. Should be back to my normal weight next week

Wtf. People do this voluntarily, for fun?

Running a marathon with new shoes. Dumb dumb dumb. I suggest NOT googling images of this. It looks worse than it is. What happens is the blood forms under the nail and 'pushes' off the nail. When the blood clots and new skin forms, it 'falls off'. Btw. The more gruesome thing is taking a needle and puncturing the skin to let the blood out. It doesn't hurt, but not for sensitive people.

Snacking on biltong, fillet for supper, fillet for lunch, tooooooo much.

I've decided to not have any lunch this week. Just have my 3 coffees with cream throughout the day, and it seems to have done the trick... hopefully... will celebrate next week if the trend continues.
