With my tertiary education finished, I have been able to diet much more strictly.
Progress so far:
02/01/2016 -93.6kg
10/01/2016 -92.1kg
21/01/2016 -89.6kg
04/02/2016 -88.6kg
Method: Kilojoule Control (6500 a day) + weekend exercise (5 km parkrun)
Bear in mind that this time two years ago I was 125kg. Feeling as positive as Charlie Sheen.
Wtf. People do this voluntarily, for fun?88kg. Couldn't run last week due to toenails falling off. Should be back to my normal weight next week

I've decided to not have any lunch this week. Just have my 3 coffees with cream throughout the day, and it seems to have done the trick... hopefully... will celebrate next week if the trend continues.
Why with cream though?
