The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

It kind of worked for me to a point, but what really did it for me was upping water intake, eating veg and salads at every opportunity and cutting out bread / wheat while not lowering protein.

That took me down to 73 a few years ago and it's time I did it again methinks.

Lol sounds like low carb :D

101.4kg this morning. Really want to get back to under 100kg. Haven't been in that neighbourhood for a while :D

You and me both. I've gone a bit heavy on the fast food this past week. Not looking forward to getting on the scale.
Same here. some injuries has made me turn to food for comfort.
Need to fight through this.

Goal will take a little longer but I'll get there.

89.1 KG down from 92 KG at start of thread (94 at one stage..)
Argus training helping a lot.

85KG is still target but may reevaluate.

You working out as well?
How do you find your energy levels? I'm dead keen to try it. Thinking of getting 'eat stop eat'...

I work out 6 times a week yes.

Overall energy levels are great but I don't do fasted weight training at all. Haven't tried it yet to be honest.

I break my fast between 13h00 and 14h00 everyday and work out immediately after work (around 17h15). Then consume my biggest meal of the day. Usually finished eating by no later than 19h00. So could say I am doing a 18/6 or 19/5 IF plan depending on when I manage to eat lunch at work.

Twice a month I also do 5km parkruns and I do actually do them fasted. Still improving my times with each and every run and feel great during and especially after the runs.

Ta for the info... 6 times a week is too much for my schedule but I'll take a look at the books / experts opinions and see if I can find something that works for me.

I've been working out for 2 years now. Also started out with 2 times a week and slowly progressed to 6 times a week.

Important to make it fit your schedule. Good luck.

Also helps a lot that I have a fairly decent home gym set up in my garage. Saves so much time.
