now im pissed  been on holiday around easter. wasn't so strict after it. wondering what I weighed before going a bit off the rails. FFS. haven't been sub 90 in a while though :D

I'm sooo close to my next milestone I can taste it. Will be in a weight bracket ( 120's ) that I haven't seen for over 15 years in hopefully a week or so!

Still at 78kgs. . . Really wish I was healthier as a child/teen/young adult/ .

After weight loss, stuck with having excess skin everywhere. Its not bad standing up but siting down it looks terrible.

keep going you lot! :D

I'm down to 94.5kg now. I started trying to lose weight about a year ago, I was 106kg back then. So far this year, gymming twice a week, cutting out sugar, and significantly reducing beer consumption, I'm losing a kg a week.

My goal is to reach 85kg by June.

Simple calorie counting and exercising as much as I can with my crippled leg.

Have you considered trying LCHF? Even just a few basics: remove bread, flour, pasta , rice etc from your diet? And obviously any form of fizzy/sweetened drinks. I'm the last person to exercise at the moment and I drop average a kg a week.

What calorie limit are you working with? Off the top of my head you should be at about 8500 kJ or 2000 calories. With that level you can squeeze in a beer every now and then.

As for exercise, keep it light and consistent to start off. Measure what you do and aim for small improvements.

I aim between 1800 and 2000 a day.

Once a week I make it 2500.

I have a crippled leg from a bad motorcycle accident, so pain levels and willpower determine what exercise I can handle.

Ugh since all the holidays I've just sucked at the whole weight loss thing. Especially after I did so well the first two months of the year. And this week I only made it to the gym twice.

Next week I must do my utmost to get back on track.

That is about the right amount. Are you consistently hitting your goals or do you miss them?

For exercise, you could try arms and torso-only stationary rowing. That is a brutal exercise in itself, and should be able to give you a nice cardio workout.
